BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
BODYCOMBAT combines the moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It's a fierce energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it's a great cardiovascular workout that's all out fun.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
RPM
™ 50- 60 minute indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rythm of powerful music to a calorie-buring high.
BODYVIVE™ is the new group exercise-to-music program from Les Mills. It’s a low impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Like the other LES MILLS™ programs, BODYVIVE™ incorporates multiple tracks of inspiring music and is delivered by motivating instructors.

Abs & Glutes
This class targets your abs and glutes for 30 mins
Arthritis/Fibromalgia (Also available for seniors)
This class is designed for people diagnosed with Fibromyalgia or arthritis. This class concentrates on flexibility, range of motion, pain relief, and social support. It takes place in the Warm Therapy Pool. Supplemental oxygen is allowed in the pool area. *jets may be turned off during class.
Cycle
This class is an hour and a half of intense cycling. If you are looking for a challenge, I dare you to come ride! Enjoy It!

Gentle Yoga (Also available for seniors)

An energizing, low-impact, cardiovascular workout to Latin music. Learn a new fun way to move to music!

This "traditional" yoga class will give you a nice balance between strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
Yogalates (Core & abs)
Formatted using the movement concepts of core strengthening of Pilates Mat Work combined with movement concepts of HathaYoga. This class enhances balance, breathing, posture and overall stamina. A great pilates challenge with a touch of yoga.
