| The Fitness Centre at Florida Hospital Celebration Health is a medically based facility dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health. We have a variety of programs and classes for all levels and special needs. Our mission at Celebration Health is to “Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ." We seek to promote the health of the whole person: mind, body and spirit. The Fitness Centre has 60,000 square feet of floor space master-planned for a user-friendly environment. The Fitness Centre at Celebration Health has many amenities and highlights that make it a truly unique experience, such as a spa, child care and one of the largest aerobics floors in Central Florida. The location makes it the fitness center of choice for anyone who lives or works in South Orlando, Celebration or Kissimmee. The Day Spa features massage therapy, facials, sauna and steam. Water aerobics are offered in a 25-meter, five lane pool. The expert staff members at The Fitness Centre at Celebration Health have impressive credentials, training and expertise. The design and development of the programs at The Fitness Centre at Celebration Health have been shaped by the vision and expertise of world-renowned leaders in the sports, medical and fitness fields.The individuals overseeing the day-to-day programs bring their own impressive credentials. Instructors carry the appropriate certifications. For example: • Fitness instructors are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) • Aerobic instructors are certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFFA) • Personal trainers are certified by ACE and ACSM Additionally, The Fitness Centre at Celebration Health offers an on-staff medical director and physician affiliations. It is one of the best-staffed fitness facilities you will find in Celebration and the surrounding South Orlando and Kissimmee areas. |
