My hobbies include surfing, adventure travel, outdoors activities, playing sports, concerts and trail mountain bike.

Personal Statement

 

My interest in the health and fitness field began while I was in middle school.

I was first introduced to many different aspects of the health and fitness field as an athlete.  I was a track and field athlete, baseball and volleyball player and  was  in the wrestling and Judo  team in college. Health and fitness is a challenging field that would enable me to provide health to many people. Fitness is a crucial part of a well being, and I believe that I can make a significant contribution to this field.

 

Make a commitment so you can achieve your goals, your trainer wants you to succeed and accomplish your goals, provide them with the information they require and follow their advice. I like to train movements not muscles, I like to design programs based on clients needs and adapted to the activities that they perform. Training athletes and celebrities  have give me an advantage  because  I have become  a better trainer.

They  have to perform at the highest level under pressure and look great because they are role models and public figures.  I have surround myself with people that are positive, driven, confident  and successful and I apply  this  way of  thinking to my life  and  passed along to my clients .Also I have travel a lot visiting more than 30 countries and almost all the United states and this have help me to expand my horizons and learn different training methods from  different places and cultures.
