Personal Statement

I have worked for Celebration Health for the past 9 years, and I have enjoyed working with a variety of individuals including stroke rehabilitation patients, knee replacements as well as various athletes.

I was convinced that exercise should be a part of my life when I started to compete in competitive softball at the early age of 8. I kept busy with figure staking and competitive volleyball to remain fit in the off season. I went on to play college softball where I incurred many injuries from years of hard training. Since then, I have learned how to help others prevent and recover from similar types of injuries. I love to do as much outdoor activity as possible.

My experience includes personal training for 10 years, as well as teaching softball pitching clinics, being assistant softball coach at a junior college, and conducting seminars for postural alignment in the workplace.

I am also working at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy at ChampionsGate as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer. I am also currently working with an array of up and coming junior golfers that are destined to play college golf, and hopefully go on to make it on tour a the professional level. It is my passion to work in this capacity. Through correctional learning and a good feel for the swing, I can help you with mobility and power to make your swing that much better!

My hobbies include fitness training, running, biking, tennis, softball, golf and worldwide travel.
