Plyometric Training: Learn how plyometric
training works, the mechanics of vertical jumping. Plyometric exercises will
dramatically improve strength, power, speed, quickness, and jumping ability

strategies for weight loss based on three components: strength training,
cardiovascular exercise and proper nutrition

I have 15+ years of experience as a personal trainer and 20
years of experience in the fitness industry. I am certified/registered/licensed
with the National Academy for Health and Fitness (NAHF).
I am committed to providing you with the highest level of
service possible. My Goal is to assist you in reaching your fitness goals in a
safe and effective manner. I will utilize my experience and education to
motivate and empower you toward a healthier and happier life.
My personal advice for anyone looking to receive the most out
of personal training is to give 110%. To achieve your GOALS you must put forth the HARD WORK and DISCIPLINE! I am here
to inspire, motivate, and teach the correct exercises so that you may reach your
goals safe and quickly.
