In today's ultra-competitive youth sports world you can now give your kids an advantage that before had only been available to college and professional athletes: Sport-specific physical training. Regardless of the sport; the quicks program at The Fitness Centre & Day Spa at Celebration Health is just the tool to help your budding athlete maximize his/her ability and see gains in quickness, speed and agility. Designed for children of all ages; the quicks program fills in where traditional training leaves off. The quicks program also enhances their skills to allow them to reach their full potential.

Let the performance professionals at The Fitness Centre & Day Spa at Celebration Health customize a six-week program tailored to your child's age, skill level and ability. The low athlete-to-coach ratio allows for individual attention. Each program emphasizes injury prevention as well as performance enhancement.

A systematic assessment of each athlete's skill level is performed prior to the start of their training. A program is then designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each athlete. The progress each athlete makes will be evident by comparing the pre-test and post-test evaluation results. Hence, you will receive an objective quantitative measure of your progress

The quicks program at the Fitness Center & Day Spa at Celebration Health utilizes state-of-the-art training methods and equipment to focus on:

  • Running Mechanics
  • Acceleration
  • Agility
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Improved Reaction Time
  • Plyometric Training
  • First Step Explosion
