Enrollment Fees

There is a one-time enrollment fee due at the time of enrolling.
If membership is terminated and the former member wishes to rejoin, the enrollment fee will be collected again.
The Fitness Centre reserves the right to change the amount of the enrollment fee at any time.

Billing

All accounts are due and payable upon receipt of statements and become delinquent if not paid by the 30th of each month.
Your monthly dues are not based upon attendance and failure to use the facilities will not relieve the member of the obligation to pay.

Electronic Funds Transfer:
Monthly dues may be paid by EFT (electronic fund transfer). The funds transfer will occur on the 1st of the month. We need 5 days to process charges, so the 25th of each month is the cut-off date for charges to your account. The monthly payments are charged to Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or may be deducted from your checking account.

Year Pre-Payments:
Membership dues may be paid up to one year in advance.

Changes in Membership Type

Changes in membership type must be done by the primary member in writing. Memberships can not be transferred to another person.

Freeze Membership Status

Upon submission of verification, any annual member in good standing may convert to freeze membership status, provided that he/she is temporarily relocated for work for a period of at least one consecutive month or has a written notice from a physician that they are unable to use the facility. Upon reactivation of the membership, normal monthly billing will proceed at the applicable rate. Must have written notice on company letterhead or from a physician.

Canceling Membership

During the first year, a membership may be canceled due to medical reasons (with physician’s letter) or moving more than 25 miles from The Fitness Centre (with written verification of move - i.e. new lease agreement, letter of relocation from employer). After completing a one year membership you may cancel at any time with a 30 day notice in writing or in person.
